There are two model options for 2012 Acura TL: Acura TL Base and Acura TL SH-AWD. There are equipment changes which effect performance and some technologic interior devices. Prices of these two models are slightly different.

3.5 liter V6 engine producing 280 horsepower and 254 pound feet of torque is featured on the 2012 Acura TL base model to make this car reach to 60 mph in 6.5 seconds from zero.
3.7 liter V6 engine producing 305 horsepower and 273 pound feet of torque is featured on the 2012 Acura TL SH-AWD. All wheel drive system and six speed automatic transmission is featured on this model. Power deliver system maximize traction.
